Hint 4 eliminates 3, 7 & 8 and hint 2 doesn´t say 6 is in the right place, so hint 1 can only mean 2 is in the right place. So it´s XX2 Hint 5 says (as 7&8 are eliminated) 0 is correct but wrong placed. As hint 3 says the same (and eliminates 6), it results in 0 in the first place. So it´s 0X2 Last number has to be 4 as hint 2 says one number is correct but wrong placed. As we are looking for the middle number, it can´t be 1 and 6 is eliminated as well.
